✨Warmly Welcome to a Special Edition of the MUSH Cuddle Evening combined with a relaxing SoundHealing Concert with Hang Drum artist Arttu Latva✨ The MUSH is so much more than a cuddle event, it is a safe space to practice honoring yourself and others, asking for what you want and co-regulating surrounded by a warm pile of humans ready to take care of your inner child.
Come heal attachment wounds and rest with us to release oxyticin, dopamine and serotonin; all those feel good hormones that help you feel less stressed. The warm up exercises will be guided by Mia Renwall
