In the MUSH Mia is guiding the group how to decompress stress, remove cortisol from the nervous system by coregulating together through sound and breath while being in touch with other nervous systems in a cozy safe space.
Djemba is applying his musical skills on various sound healing instruments: shamanic drum, guitare, flûte, gong, didjeridoo.. He’s 30 minute set of soothing tunes will support you to relax and decompress while surrounded by the touch of others in the MUSH.
